ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION

HIGH SCHOOL

Beaver Ponds EEC welcomes visits from your high school group. We will happily work with you and your staff on what particular aspect of environmental education you would like to focus on with your students. We can tailor programs to meet Colorado State Standards for Education.  We make sure that the lessons we teach are experiential, hands-on, age-appropriate, and most of all FUN so that your students want to learn more about protecting our environment and getting outdoors. High school students are often eager to “volunteer” and we can usually find science-based experiments or volunteer experiences for them to lend a hand.
