A refreshing, summertime, flavorful, and easy to prepare gazpacho…

Soup base ingredients:

12 oz. can Hot and Spicy V-8 Juice
45 oz. can regular V-8 Juice
¼ cup red wine vinegar
3 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. salt
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
Dash Louisiana hot sauce
1 drop Tabasco (optional)

Vegetable medley ingredients:

10 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 large onion sliced thin
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
4 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced

Preparation:

Mix together soup base in large container.

Prepare all vegetables and add to the soup base.

Stir well.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve thoroughly chilled.
