SNOWSCHOOL WINTER PROGRAM

Beaver Ponds is now a SnowSchool site!  Using SnowSchool’s winter-based curriculum to introduce kids to the joy of exploring winter wildlands. We join 60 other sites across the US who offer these excellently crafted programs.  Over 50% of participants in the national program are underserved and a majority are first time snowshoers! Thanks to Snowschool and a grant from The Summit Foundation, we now have snow shoes for adults and kids, which will allow us to get our visitors into BP’s snowy back country. We offer programs for all ages.

Please contact Kristin Barrett at 719-836-0124 to learn how you or your group can participate in these programs.
